A “1” means not to expect this effect

Energy: This is how much of a “kick” you can come to expect. The higher the energy rating, the more likely you will feel increased energy after consuming the supplement regardless of your fatigue beforehand.

Pump: This is how pumped up your muscles can become from an intense workout. The higher the pump rating, the more likely this product will produce skin-tightening and intense muscular pumps as a result of increased blood flow.

Focus: This is how tuned in to your workout you become, think “tunnel vision.” The higher the focus rating, the more likely you will forget about all other distractions while at the gym which can help with both motivation and with feelings of wellbeing.

Crash: A measurement of the potential crash you may experience after using each product. The higher the crash rating, the more likely this product will cause certain individuals to feel worn out after an intense workout, similar to carb-induced crash.


Our best seller and a well-rounded pre-workout supplement.

There is a reason why Rupture is our best-selling product. It is formulated to be the most well-rounded product we offer, due to its appeal to all levels of athletes. Rupture is an excellent stand-alone pre-workout product.

Uses: Good for short and intense workouts. When you want a decent pump without extra water retention, great for athletes looking to take it to the next level.

My Opinion: I prefer to use Rupture on days when I plan to consume other forms of caffeine but still want a boost of energy. The DMHA will give me a great amount of focus and compliments the 200mg of caffeine per serving. I like Rupture on Chest Days and Leg days when I want a decent pump without losing muscle definition.

Rupture Preworkout

Serving Size Range: 0.5-1.5 scoops (Only advanced athletes should take more than one scoop per workout)

Extended-release formula that provides a sweet pump and a mixture of energy and focus

Aorta is a unique product in that it can be utilized either before a workout, or during a workout depending on a couple of factors, mainly how long you plan on exercising. Aorta will provide you with a clean feeling of energy without any caffeine and a pump that is 2nd only to TruPump.

Uses: Great for extended workouts and good for those who prefer controlled amounts of energy over a sharp burst of energy.

My Opinion: I enjoy Aorta on leg day the most, the pumps are very noticeable, and the energy feels clean. Aorta shines when sipped throughout a workout. I will typically bring a shaker bottle with a scoop of Aorta and a scoop of a BCAA powder and sip it throughout a 2-hour workout occasionally topping off the shaker bottle with additional water as the workout goes on.

TruStim is our hard-hitting pre-workout for those of you who need a coffee just to wake up every day. If you love stimulants and are underwhelmed by other pre-workouts, this product is for you. If you find yourself taking more than the recommended serving size of other products just to feel an effect, this product is for you.

Uses: When you want to smash through your workout and focus on your routine like nothing else matters, try TruStim.

My Opinion: I like to use TruStim once or twice a week during my most intense workouts or when I want to feel euphoric inside the gym. It is likely you will feel a crash after an intense workout if you allow your body to lay down. Therefore the best way to counter a crash after a TruStim workout is a quick shower and staying on your feet. TruStim stacks excellently with TruPump for a combo that covers all the bases of a great performance product.

TruStim Preworkout

Serving Size Range: 1-2 scoops (Two scoops are only for the most advanced athletes, others are better off stacking one scoop of TruStim with 200mg of caffeine for an extra boost.)

TruPump is our most versatile pre-workout since it does not contain any stimulants it can be used standalone for athletes who train close to bedtime and want to avoid insomnia. TruPump also compliments any of our other pre-workout formulas, especially TruStim and Rupture to provide a perfect combination of pump, energy, and focus. TruPump is mild enough for practically any athlete to add to their collection, and its effects are very noticeable.

Uses: Great for beginners, late-night workouts, and excellent when stacked with caffeine and stimulants.

My Opinion: TruPump is my favorite pre-workout because it pumps up my muscles during a workout like no other product available. The increased pump that I see in the mirror motivates me to push myself harder and acts as a snapshot into my potential future physique. I love to stack TruPump with Rupture or TruStim when I want a truly intense and rewarding workout.

Serving Size Range: 1 scoop is preferred in most cases but anywhere from 0.5 to 2 scoops will be very effective.

Additions to Any Pre-Workout

As I mentioned above, many possible stacks can be built using our pre-workout products depending on what your goals are. The idea of stacking different products is to create a synergistic effect where more positive benefits can be had when multiple products are taken together as opposed to taken separately. When stacking supplements, the most important thing to factor in is the amount of stimulants in each serving of the products. If the total caffeine count is above 400mg when one serving of each product is combined, those products should probably not be stacked together as many negative effects may occur. 

As far as our lineup goes, some of our most stackable supplements include: 

Vein Nutrition Caffeine

Caffeine:  Pure and simple caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine has many benefits; there is a reason why millions of Americans start their mornings each day with a cup of coffee! When pure caffeine is added to some of the above pre-workouts, the effects can become more pronounced. Vein Nutrition Transfusion

Transfusion: Our BCAA/Carb blend. Transfusion is a great product for anyone looking for a large serving of amino acids. Vein Nutrition Sedation

Sedation: One of my favorite products and a must for anyone who has trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Sedation is our non-habit-forming sleep aid that can be taken for an extended period. Sedation works especially well with our stimulant pre-workouts like Rupture and TruStim. A single scoop of Sedation can save you a night of tossing and turning if you are prone to caffeine-induced insomnia, especially if you take any pre-workouts with caffeine and other stimulants within 4 or 5 hours of going to bed. Sedation also promotes muscular growth and recovery which only happens during periods of quality sleep.


  • Remember that different pre-workouts may better suit you in different situations. I recommended that you get a milder pre-workout for daily use and an intense occasional use pre-workout for days where you need the extra boost.

Rupture Sample Packets
  • Experiment with your dose timing. Depending on your exercise routine and the time it takes you to complete your workout, you may better off taking your pre-workout 15 minutes before physical activity. However, for most pre-workouts, the general rule of thumb is 30 minutes before physical activity, but it doesn’t hurt to see what works best for you.
  • Become comfortable with the effects of an individual product before adding another product, especially if it is within the same category (i.e., pre-workouts) to your stack. You may also find that you prefer one product over the other.
  • Take advantage of the low cost of caffeine and use it to increase the effectiveness of your pre-workouts, for example, one scoop of Rupture and one caffeine tablet may be more enjoyable to you than two scoops of Rupture, plus you’ll save some money!


Supplement Warnings
  • Review product serving size carefully, one serving size should be enough for most.
  • Stay hydrated throughout the day especially when consuming pre-workout products.
  • Be careful about using pre-workout products that contain stimulants around bedtime.
  • Consult your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to take caffeine and sports supplements.
  • Avoid high stimulant and caffeine products if you have any pre-existing heart conditions.
  • Start with half of the recommended serving size to access your tolerance level.
  • Do not take products containing stimulants every day or you may notice a tolerance build up.
  • Take an occasional break from high caffeine and stimulants every month or two and instead try a stim-free pre-workout or BCAA powder.
