There are many reasons why both natural and enhanced athletes may choose to go and get blood work, knowing that you can access any blood tests without a visit to your doctor may be a big deal to you in your quest for a great physique. To those who have yet to order private blood work, the task may seem too confusing to pursue; I am here to tell you otherwise with this quick guide on ordering blood work and accessing your results!

LabsMD has a good range of blood tests, with additional tests available that make it an excellent alternative to Private MD Labs. Gift certificates are also available to purchase on LabsMD website. How to Get Private Blood Work

1. Find Your Closest Lab

LabCorp - Go with Private MD Labs, Quest - Go with Labs MD

2. Choose A Lab Test and Checkout

No doctor's approval needed for any lab tests and all major credit cards are accepted

3. Schedule An Appointment

Schedule Appointment at respective lab. For "Reason for Testing" choose "Routine Labwork". The test you choose will tell you whether or not you need to fast before the bloodwork. 

4. Check Your Email

Check your email for requisition papers. You will need to bring this to your appointment 

5. Go in for Blood Draw

Go to your appointment at respective lab location with your requisition papers and ID to have your blood drawn. Usually wait is less than 10 minutes. Your requisition papers are proof of payment.   No payment is necessary at time of blood draw.

6. Download Results

Your lab work results will be emailed to you and only you within 1-7 days depending on the lab work done. 

NOTE: To residents of NY, NJ, RI, MA, and MD, it is very difficult to get private blood work due to government meddling. However, there may be ways available if you search around online.
